Shipping Policy

At Pawside Pets, we're committed to getting your furry friend's new accessories to you quickly and safely. Here's what you need to know about how we ship.

Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide only. We're unable to deliver to international addresses at this time. All orders are delivered to Australian residential and business addresses.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within Australia costs $4.99 AUD. However, if your order total is $49 AUD or more, you'll receive free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you'll always know the final cost.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, we process it within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing includes verification and preparation for dispatch. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a dispatch notification once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders ship from our supplier network in China via CJ Dropshipping. Standard delivery takes 10-20 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note this is an estimate—delivery times can vary depending on your location within Australia and current shipping conditions.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided where available through our CJ Dropshipping partners. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order dispatches, allowing you to monitor your parcel's progress.

Customs and Border Processing

As packages originate from China, they may pass through Australian customs. While this is usually processed smoothly, occasional delays can occur. We have no control over customs processing times, but these delays are rare and typically resolved quickly.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@pawsidepets.com with your order number and tracking information (if available). We'll investigate and work with our shipping partners to locate your parcel.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately at hello@pawsidepets.com with photos and your order details. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
