Pawside Pets operates an online pet accessories store serving customers across Australia. We do not operate a physical store or warehouse. Our products are sourced through our supplier network and dispatched from storage facilities in China via CJ Dropshipping.

3. Shipping Information

We ship Australia-wide only. Standard shipping costs $4.99 AUD. Orders over $49 AUD qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days from the date your order is dispatched. This timeframe begins after we process and forward your order to our shipping partner.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, or customs authorities.

4. Order Accuracy and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund before dispatch.
